Louisa Lorang's recipe for Padrón Peppers with tahini dressing
One of Louisa Lorang's favorite summer snacks are delicious Padrón Peppers.
"You can enjoy them with an ice-cold beer - just because.... Or use them as an appetizer."
It is said that about every 10th Padrón Pepper is strong! So, it's always nice to sit and wait for it.
TIP: If you have a grill with a wide grid, you can assemble your Padrón Peppers on a skewer. This makes them easier to keep track of them.
