Grilled salmon, garden cottage vibes, and green tones at May Silja’s place

Summer is finally here – bringing long evenings, outdoor living, and plenty of meals under the open sky. We were lucky enough to visit May Silja Andersen Holm in her charming garden cottage, where she has styled the most beautiful terrace with furniture and accessories from Balcony Living Cph – and generously shared a recipe that’s just right for the season.

May loves to cook meals that are beautiful, flavourful, and simple to prepare – and her take on a summer dinner is spot on: grilled salmon with baked sweet potato, goat cheese, and caramelised onions. The dish bursts with colour and taste and is best enjoyed in good company – whether on a balcony, terrace, or in the garden.
