History

Shade and cover are important on a balcony. With the right balcony sunshade, you can extend your balcony season. That's why, since we started Balcony Living Cph in 2013, we have also offered the option of having balcony sunshades produced according to specific measurements.

As the demand for good, long-lasting balcony sunshades with the correct individual measurements grew, we saw a need for more control over production. In the fall of 2020, we started our own sewing workshop, Shadecph, and have since been producing sunshades in our own facilities in Copenhagen.

Balcony sunshade

The sewing workshop produces the balcony sunshades in close collaboration with customer service, so that all information about measurements, fastening and other choices are correctly included in the final product.

Our focus is to deliver balcony sunshades easily, quickly and professionally. We use only the best fabrics for this product, so we know it's a long-lasting investment.
We sew balcony sunshades in fabrics with a 10-year warranty and experience that the sunshades last far longer than this.

The team

At our sewing workshop in Copenhagen, our skilled team consists of two experienced seamstresses, Marlene and Linda.
