Food for your balcony: Grilled pointed cabbage & squash tossed in coconut sambal with mint

Amalie Sigrid has created another summery recipe that combines fresh Danish vegetables with a delicious Indonesian/Sri Lankan coconut sambal.

This dish combines smoky and spicy flavors with sweetness and freshness – and it tastes absolutely wonderful together!

The coconut sambal is made with roasted coconut, sambal oelek, honey, and fresh mint, perfectly complementing the grilled summer taste of the squash and pointed cabbage. Try the recipe below for yourself! You can save the recipe as a file and print it out.

Enjoy!
